We are Katt (Sarah) and Scooter (Richard) and we own a small gift shop known as Katt's Gifts.
Having owned our shop for a while now, we've noticed that what stops people from buying off us is the fact that they have to come in our store to see us. So we thought, why not sell to people in the comfort of their homes and while they're sitting in front of their computers? Hehe why not. :-)

Katts Gifts is now based in Masterton and is an online store only with stock stored in an exterior building.
Customers can come for a visit with a prior phone call or email.

By clicking 'buy now' you are adding items to your shopping cart which you would like to purchase. Sometimes there are selections to make.......like a choice of colour or model type for the item. On these occasions, an extra pop up selector appears above the purchase button, to choose the colour or model you wish.

Once all your items have been added to the shopping cart, continue on to the checkout.

Select a method of postage and read the information above the options.
Return buyers usually select 'just do it', so if the stock is onhand it would get sent the next day.

Move onto selecting a payment method for your order - Credit Card, Cheque/Money Order etc.

Finally move on to fill out your details and the details of a delivery address if you want us to send the gift to someone else. Place any extra details, information or special instructions in the comments section at the bottom of this page and then place your order.

The website creates an email of your order and sends it to us. The site does not charge your credit card nor has any ways to make payments. That is done manually by us later - after we have sent a postage price, total cost and a close local currency estimate to you and you have agreed with the price.
If you receive an estimate that is too expensive, you are welcome to cancel the order.
An order consisting of one or two small heavy items (like votive candles) will always be expensive to ship. Other items added to such an order would make the shipping per item, more cost effective.

The credit card would be charged the day we send and we usually send an email to inform you, the package is on its way.

We do usually get back to you about your order within 24 hours (and 48 hours maximum).
Once we have sent out an estimate, we would expect confirmation or cancellation of the order within 48 hours, otherwise the order is deemed as not required. This makes it fair on others who may be requesting the same item and may need to go on backorder.

Photos alongside each item are usually small pictures or segments of the whole item.

If you click on the small photo you will either see a full picture of the item in a larger format or the range of items in that category if there are choices availabe to choose from, along with name tags to distinguish the different items/models.

Some items have size comparsion objects in the photo with them to give some idea of the actual size. Usually a coke can or AA battery is used as these are very international. They are placed in line with the object so as to make the size as accurate as possible and not mislead our customers.

All prices on this website are in New Zealand Dollars ($NZ).
We have attached a link to a currency converter for overseas buyers.

Returns will be accepted if the goods are sent back to us in new condition and in a reasonable time frame. Once received we will refund the purchase price, but not the freight charge as that portion is already used. Return costs and shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.
